IMV Technologies joins Montagu Private Equity
L’Aigle, April 29, 2021– IMV Technologies, leader in assisted reproduction solutions and veterinary imaging, is pleased to announce that it has joined the group of companies in Montagu Private Equity‘s portfolio.
Montagu entered into private negotiations for the acquisition of IMV Technologies in January. “We are delighted and honored to become officially, as of today, a part of IMV’s future,” said Raphaёl Candelier, Director with the Paris team of Montagu. “We have ‘hit the ground running’, and over the last three months have already started working on certain ideas and projects together with management.”
Since 2007, IMV Technologies has grown significantly, through geographical expansion, acquisition, and market growth. Today, IMV Technologies has manufacturing or administrative footprints in 10 countries and a distributor base spanning at least 120. Its global leadership has extended from artificial insemination to assisted reproduction technologies and veterinary ultrasound.
